A successful weekend

This last weekend we traveled for Kymberli's track meet. It was the Rafer Johnson Invitational in Kingsburg. The weather was cold for a track meet. It almost felt like soccer season. And thankfully the expected rain waited until the event was over :)

She participated in 4 events...
*4x200m relay-she ran the anchor leg-placed 4th overall, 3rd in their division
*4x100m relay-she ran the anchor leg-DQd, dropped baton went out of their lane :(
*100m hurdles-had a personal best time-placed 6th overall, 3rd in her division
*300m hurdles-first time running-placed 6th overall, 3rd in her division

Out in front all by herself in the 4x200m relay-and there is Mr. Johnson looking on

Working really hard to cross the line in the 100m hurdles

And this was the result of her hard day's work... and she was completely spent. Not too bad, if you ask me! :-)
