January has gotten off to a great start! And the Lord has proven faithful yet again :) Some really exciting things have already happened in 2007 for us.
(David, Clarissa, Ariana, Sarah and Geoffrey)Geoffrey was able to attend his first winter formal. He, being a smart kid, realized that he and his friends would have a much better time if they went as a group and not as dates (his parents were thrilled with this idea). And he was right, they had a great time! I believe the highlight was ending up at a really yummy ice cream place afterward. Don't they look sharp!!
We got a new car! Thanks to a tremendous blessing at Christmas, we were able to get a new (used) van. It is really nice and has some fun features that we did not have before (like remote controlled doors, which the kids love). The old one was just starting to give us some grief so the timing of our gift was perfect. This one will suit our needs well. Isn't it pretty?!
We know that this is just the beginning of the blessings God
has in store for us this year as we continue to honor Him.
