What we've been up to

Thought it was about time that I let you know what we have been up to this summer...

-Shared a lovely Father's Day meal complete with traditional Mennonite favorites-YUM!

-Jakob, Kymberli and I drive to Flagstaff for K's Freshmen Orientation.  Lovely weather, long drive. Although it is really nice having young adult who can share the driving responsibilities. Oh yeah, we got to eat at our favorite place, Salsa Brava :)

-Kymberli went on her gradutation trip with her grandparents.  A 10 day Mediterranean cruise.  Had a fabulous time! Got seriously spoiled!!

-Made it to Hume Lake for a weekend.  Really nice.  Always great to be there! Oh, and we saw a bear 60 yds behind the cabin! That's close enough for me. Especially when he watched us watching him. (sorry no pics)

-Currently in the middle of chaos due to a teeny, tiny leak behind the refrigerator.  Which had apparently been leaking for quite some time! Who knew such a little leak could wreak such havoc!! Everything is out of place! What a mess!

-And all the while we have been accumulating just the right things for Kymberli's new digs in the dorm.  I think we are finally done shopping.  And move in day is just around the corner.  We leave August 22 to be exact.
