We had to say goodbye to our beloved kitty today. Last week we found a large lump on his side. After examination from the vet and xrays, it was determined to be a large sarcoma. The worst part was that it had already spread to his lungs and they were both full of small tumors already. With that awful news, we knew his time with us would be short. We just didn't realize that it would be this short. Even though he frustrated us at times (cats definitely do things in their own time and own way) we will miss him. It's harder on the girls in the house right now, even though we know this is the right thing to do. He can't continue to suffer (his breathing has been compromised and he is in pain). So think about us as we remember the fun we had with him.
